KRANENDONK’s automated welding gantries and welding equipment, as well as other peripheral equipment are controlled by our ARAC cell control software system. Through the network, ARAC cell control receives production data from the work preparation system. The ARAC shop floor control system is capable of accepting data for several work pieces per welding bed, and keeps full control over the complete work cell, robots, process equipment, and safety.
ICS is the hardware processor that processes all this data, and displays status messages on the operator’s computer screens. The basic operating commands can be issued on touch screen monitors by means of on-screen menus. The ARAC system and ICS computer hardware are mounted in the separate PC outside the safety area. This ensures overall overview of the process. If you currently have ICS3000, you can now upgrade the brain of your system!
