After your first sip of coffee, you open your mailbox. You see a message from a customer in Norway and decide to call him right away. During the call, you ask the right questions and start the remote support to guide him to the solution. In a short time, you are able to solve the problem and close the ticket. In about fifteen minutes, an important training is scheduled in our in-house Academy. You teach a customer how to correctly set up the robots, troubleshoot issues, and how to get the most out of the robots for their production process.
After lunch, you receive a call from a colleague who is at a Dutch customer in Kinderdijk and needs your help. You log in via Teamviewer and take a look. With your technical skills, you quickly solve the problem and make the necessary adjustments. Last week, you visited a customer in Japan to thoroughly inspect the equipment. At the end of the day, you create an inspection report explaining the need to replace certain components. You share this report with both the customer and your teamlead, demonstrating your expertise and attention to detail. Before you know it, the day is over.
