Area Sales Manager position

For this position we are looking for a networker who can “build bridges” and who can independently expand and intensify our network of existing and potential customers. Together with your colleagues from sales & concept engineering, you strive to work out the perfect calculation and quotation. Thanks to your extensive sales experience, you know better than anyone how to convince various stakeholders of our added value. In this way you contribute to the further growth and ambitions of KRANENDONK in your own region. Which region this will be exactly depends on the knowledge and experience you have built up.

Job requirements

  • A completed HBO education in mechanical engineering, process engineering, technical commercial business administration or similar
  • More than 3 years of demonstrable international experience and success with advisory sales (must)
  • Demonstrated commercial experience in a technical industrial environment with capital goods
  • The possibility to travel internationally (approx. 25%) and to participate in trade fairs
  • Good oral and written skills in Dutch and English
  • Knowledge of the steel industry, shipbuilding, offshore and/or robots is an advantage
