One piece and small batch production software

In order to be able to replace human flexibility and agility, the equipment such as CNC manipulators or industrial robots must be totally integrated with the processing equipment and sensor systems. Kranendonk has employed advanced production control software to obtain a seamless integration of the various parts of an integrated automatic production system. With Kranendonk software continuous one-piece and small batch production with industrial robots can be established. Therefore Kranendonk has developed the following software packages:

ARAC

ARAC is a robot application control system that has the possibility to generate robot programs based upon macro data and also has the capability to be connected to available CAD and/or production planning systems, and to use their production data directly to control the production processes. With ARAC one piece production with robot systems becomes possible. RinasWeld

RinasWeld is the offline software package for autonomous robot program generation for welding robots. It is developed by Kranendonk especially for a one piece production environment.
