Truck and trailer manufacturing is moving away from standard designs, and more and more inclined toward production on demand. This means that major construction elements such as chassis beams, tippers and complete trailers are produced according custom specifications. Instead of mechanization each seperate production steps, KRANENDONK has developped various robotic cutting and welding solutions for truck and trailer manufacturing with CAD/CAM interface. Additionally a product configurator can be developped to achieve the highest level of automation.
