Robotic production systems for boilers, tubes and heat exchangers
The boiler production industry is characterized by very high quality demands. KRANENDONK has supplied several robotized production systems that meet those high quality standards, and have established related special certifications. Two main applications are covered by standard cells today: Tube-to-sheet welding and header tube (tube-to-tube) welding. Recently, KRANENDONK added the Flange to tube system for automatic assembly and welding of flanges for pipe spoolsto its product range for process and power manufacturing.
